Group Blog

 For this project, I chose the respectable decision to do it myself. This is because I live far away from school and I am super busy with debate. Debate takes up much of my time. This is because of all the competitions and all the time I have to prepare for everything I do in debate. Also since I am on the varsity team, I will be traveling a lot for debate. This means I wouldn't have opportunities to get together with the people who would be in my group.  I don't want to mess up anyone's schedule because mine is all over the place. So I'm choosing to do the project by myself. I also wouldn't be able to get together with anyone. This is also because I don't live near anyone or the school. It is also easier for me to be able to do the project at my own pace and on my own time. Since debate takes up so much of my time, I would reserve days for me to do the project so I would have enough time to get it done. The other reason I chose to do it alone is that I am joining volleyball. Since I am joining, I will be super busy and my schedule won't be as open. I will have many games and practices to go to for volleyball. This will make my schedule very packed. Doing it alone is the best option for me and the people who would've been in my group. I also know I am capable of doing it myself because I have recording skills. I'm super aware of all the vocabulary and know how to record the angles and
shots myself. Personally, I work better alone because I can process what I am doing in my head without other people's opinions. Working alone was already the option from the start since it is just easier and more efficient for me.

Preparing for recording!

 Hello everyone welcome back once again!! So while I wait for the day my group can record, I can get all the props and stuff ready. Since we all are recording after school, everything we need for recording needs to be taken with my group next Wednesday. To record and get good quality, we will need a decent camera. I prefer cameras over phones because they are better quality. They also make it easier to edit the video together since you can export all the shots onto a computer. My dad has. many cameras so I will ask him to borrow one. We also need someone with a steady hand to be able to record. Or we can use a tripod. personally, I prefer a tripod since it ensures the steadiness of the camera. Along with that, Isa will need to have her red dress ready. Unleaded (Thriller): Short Film

  The short film Unleaded begins with a black screen, typical from a thriller short. The audience is only given the sound of what is revealed to be a person filling up gas at a station. A woman is shown to be sitting in her car as she looks inside the gas station. She then is shown to be watching two people robbing the gas station inside, one pointing a gun at the cashier and the other holding him down. Another car pulls into the gas station and the women watches the car very closely. What is going on in the car is then revealed. There are two men in the front and a third in the back. The two look to the back and at the third guy as he objects to going inside the gas station. It is not known if they are aware of what is going on inside, but the man who was objecting in car ends up going in, putting on a gray hoodie, and walks right past the robbers.
