The Start of Production

Welcome to the start of our production. My group and I started our journey to make our video. I had to pick a good time for everyone to start recording. My group and I came up with a day on the weekend to start our recording. I had to make everyone could show up for the video since we all had to be a part of the recording process. My group decided on a Saturday that was perfect for all of us. I then went to work on the basics. My first step was to find the layout of the video I wanted. This was so I could easily format the video how I wanted it. I discussed with my group our ideas on how the layout should be and we came up with a good one. I then looked for good mysterious songs to use during the scenes. I wanted to find a good upbeat song for the first scene when Santana was walking into the courtroom. Something that made it seem like it would be a good day for him. I looked through multiple options that one of my participants found. I picked out the ones I liked for each specific scene and went with those. I then had to come up with what my group and I were going to record the scenes on. I just decided to use a phone but in case my phone isn't good enough, I will most likely ask my dad if I can use his camera. He has a lot of good cameras that would be great for the project. I'm super excited to get together with my group to start recording the scenes this weekend. I have so many good ideas on how to make the video great. I can't wait to make them all become reality.
